Stayed for a week, solo travel, some excellent staff at reception, some not so good, that could have been because i don’t speak Bulgarian, room is adequate for single travellers, warm and WiFi good, only negative was room or bins weren’t cleaned or emptied for the whole week. It’s about 20 min walk to main attractions but there are trams every 10 min at top of road, you can just use your debit card to travel, tbh the public transport is excellent in Bulgaria, used the Metro to and from Airport again just swipe your card.

This hotel satisfied my minimalist spirit. Other than an extra roll of toilet paper and 2 extra towels there was no luxuries. The staff was efficient but did not smile or greet guests. When the ventilation paused and the traffic outside stopped. I could hear the beeping of the green walking man all night long.

Cheap and outdated
The hotel looks outdated and the air-condition noisy. The hot water control in the shower was stuck and can not control easily

Really good for a short stay. The hotel is close to the metro station too which was great. Basic, clean, and no issues. Only downside, you cannot book a twin room, only a double bed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Absolutely disgusting hotel, not clean at all. Extremely loud, you can hear every conversation going on in the neighbouring rooms. Bed is rock hard and uncomfortable. Air conditioning does not work either. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The bathroom makes banging noises every time you open and close the door. no hairdryer. mirror ready to fall off the wall. not much room to walk down either side of the bed. staff asleep at night so no security, can just walk in. absolute nightmare opening doors with the cards, takes about 20 goes to get them open

Was ok, sink was a bit dirty when we got there with shavings from someone else. Hallway carries noise. Air conditioning didn't seem to work. Shower was nice and hot, sheets were clean. Isn't in the most accessible part of town, but takes about 20-25 minute to walk into the heart of town. About 45 mins from the bus station.

Cleanliness is an issue. Do not recommend
Basic hotel which is fine but there were issues with the cleanliness of the room. There were so many hairs on the bed it looked like someone had molted. If cleanliness was improved it would be ok for a night only but due to this issues I can’t recommend it

I have stayed for 3 nights and I had a very noisy room on the 3rd floor facing the street , i haven’t been able to sleep due to the noise from the street all the night of car passing , even though I tried to change the room but the staff told me that the hotel is fully booked . The location is convenient near the metro But I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone even thought the price is good , but bad sleep can ruin your quite holiday pay more and get a good night sleep So I unfortunately I wont come back to this hotel .

The room was great, and I was able to open the window and use aircondition. The toilet and shower was OK but wouldn't fit the overweight poeple and disabled. Tea and coffee was very very cheap at their own fridge. Staff some were friendly and some treated (cleaner) me like dirt. "NEVER MIND, AM PAYING HER WAGE FOR being Easy hotel customer.

Some good bits: Cheap - good value for money. You can check in overnight - a real lifesaver for me, as I was arriving at 04:00 in the morning. Close to transport links - there's a metro station about 5 mins walk away. Friendly staff. Some bad bits: Very thin dividing walls - you'll hear a lot of your neighbours moving around & snoring. God help you if they're having sex, you might be in a for a long night! (bring ear plugs) Quite a lot of wear and tear on the room - peeling paint etc. Very hard bed.

Glad I wasn’t there in the summer.
So I didn’t realize how small these rooms are. Minimalist to another level. But my main issue was the A/C which there was none. But overall good stay, people were friendly, and yeah other than the A/C in the two rooms they put me in, no issues.

The hotel is located about 2 Km away from Vitosha street which is a main entertainment street in the heart of Sofia and must be visited as it is full with cafes, restaurants and traffic free walk which is brilliant. Rooms in the hotels are very small, although there is a double bed but the room can never accommodate a couple as there is no enough space to walk around. Cleaning and changing the beddings is only done every 4 days which is not enough. It is ok for one person to stay in the room and the hotel is not a child or family friendly. If you are planning to spend most of the time outside the hotel it is ok.

OK for a short stay
Biggest pro: the staff is very nice. Good location, near metro station. The hotel has its own parking. Rooms are quite small, but I already knew that when I booked, so no complaint here. Even if I'm 1,94m, it was ok for me :) Some rooms are not very clean. First we received a room where the bathroom was dirty, there was hair on the floor, and the sink was broke. You should really have a talk with the cleaning staff. We had our room changed, the second was clean, but the heat wasn't working until morning. But overall it was a good stay.

The building was shaking when the AC or something was turning on every 20 minutes or so for prolonged time. The toilet smelled bad from the piping. The rooms are very small (as advertised), but the prices are unreasonably high for the Tokyo size rooms that look like a submarine section. The view from the 8th floor was great, the personnel was friendly and the sheets were clean (if that is all you need).
