"A estrutura do hotel é excelente, com diversas opções de lazer. Tem como vantagem um espaço com piscinas aquecidas que possibilita utiliza-las em dias frios, mas nesse espaço observei apenas um salva-vidas para 3 piscinas. As refeições tem muitas opções, são ótimas. O hotel possui funcionários atenciosos e solicitos, mas deixa a desejar no treinamento em equipe ..deixando desorganizada a integração dos espaços, o que ocasiona descaso com o hóspede em algumas situações."

"The staff are well trained and although there was a change of owner, there was no change in the standard and with a restaurant on site but unlike the previous time, I didn't have the refreshments. Breakfast with good varieties of proteins and carbohydrates and the only caveat is the lack of wholemeal bread. Good variety of fruits, sweets and jellies for those who enjoy them. "Gostei muito desse hotel, tem várias características interessantes para quem viaja com os filhos, como a brinquedoteca, cadeiras para crianças e canais infantis na TV. O hotel é antigo e por isso tem algumas questões advindas disso, tais como acesso apenas por escada na entrada principal, porém, cadeirantes podem fazer isso de outros acessos.
