Great place, good food,

Firstly the location is excellent. A real prime spot. 1 minute walk to a free car park, 5-10 mins to the marina and directly on the street with all the action. The staff are all friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. We were pleased to have a mini-fridge and effective air conditioning!

Really nice hotel - the room was spotless clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. Great location too - close to supermarkets, local bakeries and other amenities, as well as the nicest beaches of the south. This was a superb hotel as a base for our 5 night trip. Although situated just outside the main town it is excellent value for money whilst offering a high standard. The rooms are extremely spacious and the whole of the hotel is modern, airy and welcoming. The restaurant is situated on the top floor with lovely views of the mountains and the breakfast offering was plentiful and delicious. Clean hotel with a lovely rooftop pool. Close to Bastia by car. Perfect for a few nights.

Happy friendly reception staff. Escorted to room shown features. Spotless crisp beautiful laundered sheets. Kitchen had everything we needed, would be adequate for long stay. Little balcony lovely views of the bay. Only down side was noise of guests using the bungalows below.

Friendly staff, free parking, a good-sized room, a very nice breakfast and lovely dinner in the hotel's restaurant. The only things missing were a lift and a kettle in the room. We would definitely include The Empereur in our next Corsica road trip.

We really loved it here! Fabulous area and very clean! The only issue is that the reception is not open all day. You have to be aware that the lobby sitting area is locked during that time.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location to assess beautiful beaches (e.g. Saint Cyprien) within 10min drive. A car, however, is necessary to go to the supermarket or bakery. Easy to find lots of parking space on the property. The apartment was very clean in general and requests - the private pool made loud noise one day - were responded to basically immediately by very friendly staff. Perfect location very close from the old town. We stayed at the residence behind the hotel and it is only 2min walk with parking. The rooftop bar at the hotel has an amazing view and definetly worst a visit. Would definetly recommend to stay there.
