"Our host was extremely pleasant and helpful. She arranged transport for us from the airport to the hotel and a taxi to a bus station. We left at 5am to take a bus. Our host left us a breakfast to go that was nutritious and delicious including bottled water!
We would stay at Hotel Kapital again."

"This was my second stay recently. Itbis really value for money. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful and friendly. Although I speak Portuguese, English is spoken and understood the breakfast is generous and the restaurant has a very good menu for other meals. I highly recommend the Hotel Terminus."

"I stayed for one night and requested a late checkout because my flight was scheduled for 9:30 p.m.
Everything was perfect until I ordered dinner shortly before checkout. I went down to the restaurant and asked for a menu, but the server suggested that I order room service instead. No menu was provided, and I ended up receiving a meal costing MZN 1,800 that I was unable to eat. The food was terrible.
I was also asked to make the payment through the waiter’s mobile wallet, which I found unusual...

"The hotel is overall very nice. It has a good location, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was delicious.
The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. At first sight the room looked clean, but there were hairs on the decorative pillows and on the mats. The swimming pool was also not clean, which was disappointing because we wanted to swim but decided not to because of this."

"I booked it partly because it said airport transfer was included, but I never got a reply from them even though I wrote three times.
The wifi did not work in my room, only in the lobby.
The shower door was falling off the wall and the shower was full of mold.
You can hear everything in the room when people are walking by, as the windows are out to the hallway."
