"it was a very clean room but the ice machine didn’t work and they knew it didn’t work and said nothing. the reason i know they knew was because maintenance decide to come in the room the next morning by just unlocking the door and walking in without knocking seeing my wife undressed."

"If you live by the theory of you get what you pay for this is an incredible value. Just be prepared, know that you must bring your own stuff to cook with and room service comes when you leave not before. The rooms are really nice comfortable to a Fairfield by Marriott her Four Points by Sheraton the staff is the best thing they are great people who really want to help. I'm disabled and I had an accessible room that was unlike many and larger chains actually adhered to ADA standards."

"First of all the building and rooms was nasty. It stank bad, roaches and bugs in the rooms. Rub was filthy. The building was being remodel so all the chemicals all in the air, it was noisy. The worst hotel ever. Im more mad that they was open for people to stay there with construction going on in the building. Something bit my baby in the face. I do believe I should get a refund, because it was horrible"

"I was absolutely terrified with the reviews this place had and ima keep it honest. ITS NOT EVEN THAT BAD. Room was cold which is good the heat is wild out there. Bed was comfortable, my tv worked at least and the room was spacious and gave me all I needed. "The lady at front desk was so rude. She also gave me a card key for a room with a man in it! Scary. When I went back down and told she basically told me to be quiet! When I asked for the manager she did not. The managers name was on the wall but she gave another name. Lier. I wrote that manager and now I know why this hotel is a disaster.
