"Great location "

"Experience was terrible AC unit was not cooling, They Change us to another Villa and was the same, the weather was too hot and humid. The AC units needed at least 2 days to cool down the Villas. First night we had to get a hotel to stay for the first night. They offered us to stay for an extra night, but of course we didn’t take it. The thermostat on both Villas were 88 at 11:00 PM. Really hot."

"Everything was great"

"Loved the renovation they completed to the property but was VERY dissapointed with the fact that the listing on Expedia is completely misslesding and false. They haven't updated pictures or property description. We were sold on a 3 bedroom villa and instead, it's a 2 bedroom accommodation. 2 People had to sleep in a sofa bed that wasn't the most comfortable or clean. "

"We enjoyed our stay here! It was close to the Encantame Resort and absolutely beautiful. All of our needs were met here. Thank you for the great place! "

"late check in fee, dirty pool ( not useable) micro management , home located on dirt road next to the canal. "
