She does calls ahead of time to ensure you’re all set and is an absolute delight to meet in person. She’s one of those people that just exudes positivity. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. "

"The staff was great, but we had booked a king and that room had been given to a different guest even though it had been reserved for our stay. I booked a king but got two queen beds instead. We were given cards for the room only to find out someone was already in the room. I have never had this happen with all my travels. "

"I recently finished my stay here and had a largely positive experience! The service was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was handled smoothly. The location was perfect for my needs, and the overall atmosphere of the property was very welcoming. However, there is one area that definitely needs some attention: the beds. "Never ever stay here. Disgustingly filthy, dresser drawer handles broken and falling off. Door handle plate dirty dried liquid not wiped. Pink bacteria ring in the bathroom sink. Bathroom counter not clean or wiped down. I wiped it down with a paper napkin and was brown with dirt. Dead bugs in stairwell and walls filthy. Deplorable!!!!!!! Could not stay left in a hurry!"

"We were impressed with the size of the hillside room. The flooring was very nice with tile throughout. The bathroom was amazing! It had a very large shower with beautiful tile. The shower fixture needs adjustment, though some of the features on it weren’t working like the rain head. But the water is very hot.
