The family hosts are unbelievably nice and make extra effort to make everything so comfortable (even on unrelated concerns like helping me problem solve a parking ticket from Lake Como and paying the Freeform Toll). A stunning property, cannot believe we were able to get in same day after leaving an unhappy property in La Morra. Though the exteriors are traditional, the interior finishes are new and modern. "The area around the property is beautiful with rolling hills of vineyards. We had a large patio made private with shrubs. Our room was large and comfortable, modern and very clean. Nice spa-type amenities in the room including a shower head with multiple settings, body balm, jar of face mask, fragrant shampoo and conditioner. A 6 bottle wine cabinet was in the room with an extra charge to use the wine. Free bottled water in the room. The staff helpful. We would definitely return to this...

"This is rather rustic lodging and for the price of another local place we stayed, we felt it was expensive comparatively. Parking is a gravel lane walk to a garage downhill. Unfortunately for the owners (and guests), long-awaited construction was finally taking place due to spring rain. Obviously out of the control of the owner, it still was an inconvenience of which we knew nothing about ahead of time. Amenities are sparse. Make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, soap, lotion, etc....
