The property was in a great central location. The balcony was a great extra space to hang out and had a nice view. The host MariaTeresa was so responsive and helpful. Lisa was very friendly and accommodating with the breakfasts.

The service was great. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. The elevator was old but worked every time. The supermarket across the street had everything. Close to all tourist things . The train station in Sorrento was about 1.5 km away, walkable. Great place to stay.

Amazing!! The view was gorgeous. Literally steps to the Main Street with shopping and restaurants. The staff was so extremely kind and help. I would absolutely recommend, especially to first time visitors like we were.

Beautiful view from our balcony of the sea and cliffs. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was also outstanding and right outside our room. Overall a great place to stay for 1 night to several days.

We were in Italy for 10 days and ended our trip in Sorrento at Sersale Suites - and it was the perfect ending to our trip! Everything was top-notch, from Marco and the team at checkin to Lisa each morning with custom made-to-request breakfasts โ€ฆ it was amazing! These units are newly renovated and high tech in every way with motorized shades to LED changing lights in the bathroom, to beautiful decor throughout! The location is perfect to local shopping and restaurants and central to everything in Sorrento! If you are planning a stay in southern Italy and looking for a hub to launch from, Sersale Suites is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We had the Capri room and had our own balcony too!!! Side note: There is an โ€˜off-seasonโ€™ until after Easter, so while rates and crowds are lower, many local shops and sightseeing (ferries to Amalfi, Blue Grotto, etc) are closed and under renovations. Just set your expectations a little lower for those things - but otherwise itโ€™s was a great time! Thanks again to Sersale Suites for blowing away any expectation we were hoping for! You nailed it!

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast with Lisa. Lisa went above and beyond when the elevator wasnโ€™t working. She helped carry heavy luggage down 6 flights of stairs! Elevator was the only negative, it was fickle. Sometimes it worked others time not. Must be able to hike stairs on the down time!

Sersale Suites is centrally located in Sorrento with easy parking near by. We could walk to downtown and the marina. Breakfast is very good. The suite is nicely decorated and very modern and clean. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this property was Great! Naomi our host was amazing, so helpful and checking everything to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Lisa took good care of us fixing breakfast and always with the best attitude. The hotel with the best location in town. This part of our vacation was better than expected because of this professional, courteous and awesome personnel.

Our host Naomi was very responsive and always reachable. The location was great for everything we wanted to do in Sorrento and convenient to one of the big public parking locations since we had a car. The continental breakfast made fresh each morning was good and the cook was quite pleasant. The room was clean and seemed newly updated. Our only issue was the bed could have been a bit more comfortable and the HVAC was loud, but these were not significant enough to keep us from staying here again should we come back.

The property is at a great location and near everything you would want to do in Sorrento. Close to the ferries and also bus station. Staff were nice and accommodating. The place itself is a big apartment and each room is rented by a different party so if you do not like these setting you may want to book a different place. It was also a little noisy because of the same reason you could hear people talk and come and go as it is again one apartment and each room is occupied by a different party. But the location of is property was so central I believe it was worth it
