Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Delicious, fresh cookies were in our room every day. The staff was very accommodating, arranging transportation timely, provided a beach chair upon request, complimentary beach towels were provided. The restaurant accommodated allergies. The setting is gorgeous-an infinity pool facing the water and Pitons! Beautiful setting-we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in the Upper Temple Suite, which was huge and had a lovely view of the Pitons and trees buzzing with hummingbirds from the balcony/patio. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. The Chocolate Making experience was wonderful and better than expected. The best part was the ability to walk down the road to Anse Chastanet beach any time for free snorkeling and swimming. Caveat: the rooms are NOT soundproof. It was a small, intimate setting, and we preferred the quiet and privacy over larger, busier resorts.

Best view in the Carribean. Spotless room with a lot of character. Friendly, professional staff who were knowledgable about St Lucia and who were able to setup some great excursions. Nice infinity pool. High quality restaurant with opportunity for an all inclusive option. I would highly recommend the property if you like smaller, boutique type properties.

Our stay at the Caille Blanc was absolutely surreal! The staff is so accommodating and kind and make you feel so welcome! We stayed in the Grotto, the photos do not do it justice! Each villa was absolutely immaculate but the Grotto especially did not disappoint! We took full use of the infinity pool and loved each of the meal services. Only downside was the mosquitos during our stay but the rooms do have mosquito nets and spray for the room. The drive up to the villa is a bit bumpy for the last 15m, but expected while going up unpaved mountainside. Overall cannot recommend staying at the Caille Blanc more!

We stayed here for 5 nights and were absolutely thrilled with our experience. Everything from airport pickup to check in and all throughout our stay was seamless. The hotel is located cliffside over the sea with breath taking views of the Pitons. Due to the limited amount of rooms available onsite, the atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very attentive to your needs and are accommodating to requests. The dinning experience is intimate and is like having your personal chef. The hotel offers a full arrangement of concierge options with car services. I fully recommend booking airport pick up/drop off service. Thank you to Alisa, Ernie, Chris, Carter, Nicolai, and staff!

It is a great location with nice staff and great service, a nice view of the mountains, and a beautiful pool! The only downside was that the food was not that great, so I am glad that we did not purchase the food package.
