"I tried to get a hold of somebody at the property and could only get a hold of artificial intelligence. Nobody to talk to to make decisions. I will not stay at this hotel chain again."

"The corner room we had was wonderful with the extra room having the king bed. A nice living room with a TV and big sofa also was a nice benefit. The room was not very soundproof and the plumbing was loud when the neighbor was showering."

"Property is clean and well maintained. Check in was completely automated with no staff on site but you could video call someone from the lobby. The rooms are small, a little cramped for 2 adults and two kids, but wasn't expecting much. The bath towels are too small."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable! Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to suit anyone. But the AC in the room was around the corner from the beds and it was very warm in the room until wee hours of the morning. I would consider putting the beds on the wall where the tv and closet are, so guests could get some cool air."

"As two girls who were on a road trip across the country, we couldn't have felt more comfortable and safe at a motel off the highway. The family who owns it is was very kind and made themselves available if we needed, there was an adorable little breakfast food truck that had just opened a week prior and they were so sweet. The room was clean! They allowed us to have our dog stay with us for a small fee. If you are looking for a clean, safe, comfortable place to crash, I would 100% recommend!"

"Kennedy, at the front desk was wonderful - very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thank goodness for the onsite limited food menu since the nearest restaurant is 20 miles away. Laundry Room was appreciated. Beds were good. TV channel selection was very good. Loved the oversized “small” refrigerator. Only might have liked an in-room coffee maker."

"The mattress was shot. It should be replaced. The reception said she upgraded our room. But I booked a king not handicap and received a two queens handicap room. That is not an upgrade to me"
