"Staff were friendly, room was very clean and they also have good amenities. Particulalry liked that they have a water filling station for water down in the lobby so we could fill our bottles up whenever. Would stay here again. "

"No better place to stay if you value convenience. Connected to the Paragon Mall, a full kitchen, with 2 doors fridge/freezer. I was travelling with an infant so the freezer was really necessary, and it was nice to have that in our room.
The only thing I was disappointed about was the AC in our room which was ridiculously loud and unpleasantly cold. We tried adjusting using the controller and also conveying this to the Ascott team but I guess they need time to look at it.
