"I first want to say we did enjoy our stay but there were some things I felt were different from our first two visits. Our room door was slightly off, we would need to basically lift up the door by the handle in order to properly open and close the door. There was a strong smell in the room. Not dirty but it was a little off, kind of like wet towels or something. I did enjoy our time with my kids but felt it wasn’t as safe from the previous times. In the pool area, people were all over the place throwing themselves in the pool around smaller children, running around making it super difficult for the small children to enjoy the pool as well. I felt that there should be someone from the staff in the area to maintain safety. We enjoyed coco keys and I know it’s separate from the hotel but the same situation in the pool was what we experienced in coco keys. It felt like chaos at one point. Multiple kids throwing themselves down the slides at once, cutting in line, older kids spraying water on the tables where families were sitting and eating. Kids were pushing kids in line to go down the slides. I am always with my child who is 5 but I felt extra vigilant to make sure she was safe because the staff was completely ignoring some of the chaos except for one lifeguard who was being super helpful but can tell she was overwhelmed with how much she had to correct kids. I’m not sure how this can be fixed but I feel some safety precautions should be put in place."
