"The room was clean but could use updating. Our bathroom door didn’t open and close properly. The a/c vent by the bathroom dripped water and made the floor wet and it smelled pretty musty. The refrigerator also didn’t work well at all and barely kept our water cold. Wish the room was a little over for the price paid. "

"The property is very beautiful, however, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, kids, doors slam, etc. Same for the cleaning ladies, they start early and it’s very noisy due to the thin walls. Having said all that. We do want to stay here again next year. Just have the expectation that it’s not quiet/peaceful. "

"Very nice and calming. Felt very private. Pool Area could use some work. Maybe larger. Wasn’t able to use overcrowded on high temp day in Mach. Too many people in pool and not enough shade or seating Over all beautiful and staff was amazing. "

"Really cute and clean roooms as well as beautiful common areas. Bar and restaurant were good and stayed busy. The spa was a highlight of the trip with excellent services and staff. It was a little bit of a challenge to get a pool chair so I recommend getting there early. By lunch time there were a lot of chairs being "saved" with towels/shoes etc with no one using them for hours adding some sort of policy around this would improve the experience. Overall loved the hotel and would come back again...

"Property was beautiful, rooms were nice. My complaints are that our bathroom didn't have a fan, the water pressure in the bathroom sink faucet was very poor and the property’s WiFi is terrible. I had to keep my WiFi off the entire stay (4 nights 5 days) We stayed over March Break so it was extremely busy, the pools were very murky. Not sure if they’re always like that. I did love how the property had filtered water stations all over. We love Scottsdale and would try a different hotel next...

"The property is 35-40 years outdated. The carpet was scary, I told the kids to leave their shoes on. The door opens to an outside courtyard that can be accessed by anyone, no keycard needed. Not as big of an issue if the room door closed and would latch. The strike plate was hanging off and the door wouldn’t close without a hefty push. And even then it could be pushed open from the outside. Seemed to be a common issue as I noticed multiple doors ajar. When I mentioned this to management they...

"The room and the grounds were wonderful. We had one of the cottages for an overnight. The refrigerator did not work and we noticed it too late thus our food was spoiled. The ac in the front part of the cottage did not work. After i informed mgmt at checkout they said they will look into it. "

"The Wigwam is such a beautiful place and the staff all made me feel like a princess. Food is outstanding and support for our meeting was excellent. I’ve been there several times and noticed the property needs a little “fixing up” now, which hopefully can get done in the summer. I’ll go back again because it is a special place that honors the history of the Valley and the beauty of the desert."
