Geat location with bad dryer killing perfect trip.

Awesome location, only a couple minutes walk to the beach. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Only downside was a washer/dryer combo unit that didnt dry. Not great when you go to beach everyday and cant dry towels. Also problematic as you wash clothes - you cant dry them... make sure you get a unit with separate washer and dryer.

Was not aware that this was the off season and the complex was under construction and/or renovation. Rotted exterior wood and trim was torn from all the units and did not look appealing. Had to listen to noisy pounding, hammers, saws, buzzing etc. while trying to lay in the sun and relax. Also did not like the lawn care workers weed whacking and trimming bushes near the pool area -- clippings and twigs were flying everywhere and striking me as well as landing in the pool. Very annoying.

This property was nice... I learned later that I paid a little bit more than I probably should have. Others in the same complex were closer to the beach more updated and we’re being rented for less so do your research and shop around we went during the off-season and I think we were charged more higher rates than we should have been but all in all it was a wonderful vacation .

Great location within a short walking distance from the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Grounds were well kept and security gate was open 24 hours. Our condo was a bit outdated but spacious and clean. Would stay here again.

Property was close to the beach so that was nice. The tv didnt work the last 4 days . We called and they came and looked at it and kept switching the cable box but still didnt help. Found coach roaches in the bathroom drawer. The rental agencies also put a family above us and they were so loud and walked so hard that we thought they were coming through the ceiling. couldnt not get any peace and quiet or any sleep w kids running above us the whole time. They really need to look at the ages of people coming into the properties and put them in buildings w other families or all adult buildings. Needless to say went on vacation to get rest and relaxation and by the time it was over couldnt wait to get back home to get a good nite sleep!!!

El check in es de lo peor que he vivido, nadie sabe en el hotel de la reservacion, dicen que nunca han trabajado con expedia, un verdadero dolor de cabeza, despues de una hora nos dijeron que teniamos que ir con un third party para arreglar la situacion, despues de este evento nos dieron las llaves. La habitacion normal, las condiciones deplorables, la puerta de acceso no sirve y cierra con dificultad. No lo recomedaria

The tv only worked in the living room and considering you have 3bdrms and 4 couples. It was inconvenient and when I called the property it was never reported so I called again and they sent maintenance on our last day 😒 and they didn't even offer any kind of discount or something for the inconvenience.

Jailbreak weekend

My family and I went for the jailbreak race and decided to make it a mini vacation. We truly were pleasantly surprised with the room and service we received. We had to wear wristbands, which we did not mind since i feel it keeps the area less congested with non paying families. We will definetly be back and hope to get the same room.

Very nice condo right on the beach.

Nice clean condo. Staff was friendly and helpful. Condos have pretty much everything you need. Love how close the beach is at a 100 steps. Condo needs hair dryer in case you forget yours. The beach is beautiful. Did not get to enjoy the pool because it closes to earliy. Needs to stay open till midnight durung the summer. Ocean view balconies loved. Plenty of room to move around in the condo. Over all loved it. Must visit and stay here. It's great.

Great little condo, AWFUL CHECK IN PROCESS

I very much enjoyed my stay. My room away is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. But the check-in process was a nightmare. The building itself is not marked with the name. I just happen to recognize it from the picture, behind the Radisson. When I figured it out and pulled up to check in at first he could not find me. Then told me that for my unit I had to check in with Padre Island Rentals down the street about 10 minutes. Which was incredibly inconvenient after a 5 plus hour drive and a cranky baby in the back seat. I had talked to my contact person there twice in the time leading up to our trip and no one ever mentioned that. So I go down to Padre Island Rentals.. I told them how many cars I would have which was 3. We discussed this on one of the 2 phone calls. It wasn't until I got there they told me also have to pay an extra $50 for an extra parking permit. So I go back to Bahia Mar, ask them to charge it to my card. He says cash only. Are you freaking kidding me??? Can you PLEASE just give me all the necessary info up front???? So once that was over we had a nice time. I did think it was weird that in the middle of our 2nd day they sent someone to "inspect" our room for sand and stuff. We are at the beach. There is going to be a little sand! So I enjoyed my stay but because of the hassle I am not sure I will go back.

me hospede 2 noches, pague el alojamiento por internet y únicamente los impuestos no estaban incluidos. al registrarme me cobraron 170 usd de servicio de limpieza lo cual nunca mencionaron en la reservación y al entrar habia muchos bichos muertos por doquier.el departamento es muy viejo aprox 40años las instalaciones de agua en regaderas y sanitarios funcionan muy mal. esta lleno de bichos y hormigas por todo el departamento vivos y muertos. una fumigada les ayudaría mucho y poner atención de sus instalaciones hidráulicas. no vale lo que cobran.

Expected More Than This...

This is just renting what were cloned condos by the beach (like some properties in Las Vegas). After driving 6 hours there the last thing we wanted was a complicated check in process. Plus they act as though you are a criminal at check in. If I was in a group of 20-something guys that's one thing but with the wife and kids...not so much. Then there is the silly wrist band you have to wear for your entire stay. Additionally, at one point in our trip there was fecal matter in one of the pools. The security guard tried to convince us it was a rock...yeah, right. The pool stayed open. The room was laid out well and had a kitchen with everything you need. This was great. The beach in front of the hotel was also very nice. The bed was below average and my wife and I both woke up with back aches. So, some pluses and some minuses. We will look elsewhere next time.
