We stayed here for a week. It was a mix of good and bad. Rhonda at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The bar service was good. Food was delicious and prices were reasonable. The common areas were well kept and in good condition. The pool was clean and heated in the weekend. The rooms on the other hand are in need of some updates. Our shower curtain rod was rusty. The soap dispenser pump was broken. Housekeeping doesn’t speak much English so they hand you a phone to enter in your request so it can be translated. I put an empty Kleenex box on top of the Kleenex holder yet nobody noticed and I still had to hunt down staff to get a new one. The sink leaked around the faucet. We made several calls to Maintenance to get a working safe. The window curtains had water stains from where water leaked in through the window. The furniture was sticky and that didn’t go away with a good scrubbing. When our flight got cancelled and we had an additional stay, we moved to a different hotel. Weigh your options. There is much better in the island.
