"Everything was perfect at this hotel. From Kim, at check-in, to having access to The Bistro until 10PM for snacks and beverages, coffee and cocktails, it was perfect. Incredibly clean and well maintained. The furniture in the rooms was high-end and beautiful. the rugs throughout were spotless. The sleeper sofa in our room was brand new, comfortable and just so appealing and pleasant. We asked for a late check out as we had a court case in Annapolis and they kindly extended check out for us....

"I just find the staff friendly and accomodating. There is one lively woman whose name i can not remember who truly deserves kudos. I can describe her as tall close cropped hair and many tatoos. Give that girl a raise!"

"The only complaint I have about this place was the floors in the room. The bottoms of my feet were black every night. The floors were not carpeted, just not clean. Getting the room cleaned had to be requested and I will admit I did not request."

"Great area for this hotel. Close to the highway and 8 minutes away from the mall. Staff was really nice during check in. Really clean inside and outside the hotel. I would stay here again and recommend people to stay here as well."

"The property is in a great location. Plenty to do in the area without having to drive. Unfortunately the staff are less than helpful. We checked out at 11am. At 12 noon, we realized we left a bag hanging from the bathroom door. Called, staff said they wou look into it. Took down my number and address. Called them back a few hours later and they claim no one turned in a bag. Hello, the cleaning staff was going in this room before the next guest at 4pm and the receptionist could have called...
