"Room was clean and walking distance to many locations but the front desk staff not very helpful when checking in. It just looked like a coffee shop and I didn’t even know it was check in until I asked if this was where I checked in. They handed me the room keys but didn’t tell me the room number or about any amenities, until I asked my room number and what they had at this hotel since this was the first time staying here. When we checked out, the front desk person was also the coffee person which held up check out. Parking was expensive and seemed short staffed, as many times only one person working and multiple cars need to be parked or were being picked up and staff said they were running between 3 hotels. Room was tiny for the price, so the value wasn’t great."
