"Hotel was kept up pretty well and my room was clean. The staff were nice. The breakfast is just average. And I was unhappy with the coffee. Very watered down. But I like that there is a coffee station available throughout the day but they need a better brand of coffee or have someone make it correctly. Picked this hotel because it’s close to Mohegan Sun and that worked out well."

"I had a wonderful overnight stay at the Graduate by Hilton Storrs. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff provided excellent, friendly service throughout my visit. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making for a relaxing stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and look forward to staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"This is a nice old inn. The highlights of our room were the excellent bedding inclluding high-quality sheets, and a nicely done new shower. The downside was that we never saw a single person – guest or staff. It seems that this is a self-serve inn, from retrieving your key from a lockbox to brewing your own coffee in the morning. This turned out not to be a huge problem, but it did seem strange to have no human contact."

"DEAD BUGS AND COBWEBS under floor level AC, broken table leg, peeling counters, dirty bathroom and running toilets. We didn't even stay the night!! Took a better look when we got back from our event and left the key in the drop box and drove home! Tried to contact hotel and acted like it was no big deal. DEAD BUGS. DONT STAY HERE!!"

"Our lunch on our arrival date was not as smooth as I expected. The server seemed new, maybe? and the bartender couldn't get one of our drinks to taste as it should. We were 4 but our server never noticed we only had 2 place settings so we had to get up and get them ourselves. Breakfast the next day was fine but again a bit off. One person asked for Earl Gray tea but was told they were out of it. However there was plenty in the station as you walk in where you get get your own coffee and tea. ...

"Lodging seekers beware and make sure you bring a UV light to check for left over body fluids as well as a flashlight for bedbugs. Do not, I say again, do not think that the main photo on Expedia is anything like was is actually in place nor do the room photos look anything like what I walked into. This place is worst than a dive, no proper check in procedures, note on the door says to call ABC person who then would contact XYZ (allowed me to check in an hour early).
