"This was the first family trip in a very long time. We had an amazing time. The hotel was clean and the employees were anll very friendly and helpful. We loved the waterpark and the arcade. Only thing that we could complain about was our room location. It was on the first floor facing the lobby check in area. So while we tried relaxing on the patio it was hard due to the high number of cars and buses coming and going at al hours of the day and night. Also, waiting to retrieve my id after borrowing a luggage cart. Both times I had to wait a while for someone to come and assist me. We also had to ask multiple times to have our room restocked of paper products and trash bags. "

"Thisis our go-to Disney property. Its all new, extremely clean, vey modern, very comfortable, breakfast is good, location cant be beat. They also have free transportation to the parks with your stay...but the timetables for the bus are a little restrictive. Tennis ball courts a nice touch. Also dont love having to pay to park."
