"The staff was very polite, and always eager to help when asked. Check in and check out were a breeze. They do charge you on your day of arrival for one day if you choose to check in at property. "Only spent 1 night in this hotel but what really stood out is how clean it was and how friendly all the staff were. The location was near the Brandon Exchange too so it was convenient when I needed to have my phone screen fixed.
Things to consider would be that breakfast ends at 9:30am. For someone who comes from Asia/South Florida that is way too early LOL
The pillows were comfortable but my preference would be not that thick. Other travelers love it so that’s another pointer.

"Bathroom lighting was lacking. Very dark and almost impossible to put on make up. Shower didn’t look clean, and they supplied shampoo and body wash but no conditioner. Bath towels were very small. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable along with the pillows. We had a nice stay."

"Don't let the 'recently renovated' fool you. It's all a facade. I was quite disappointed in this property. It was noisy between the other guests and barking dogs. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. Oh and the design of the kitchenette was beyond ridiculous. Doors that you couldn't open because there was a wall in the way. Definitely never staying at this place again."
