"We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. The suite itself has a very comfortable bed and linens, was incredibly clean, and had a beautiful clawfoot...

"We LOVED the room and the staff were all so friendly! I think our only frustration was the towel situation. You were only allowed 1 per person! How are you supposed to use their awesome pool, sauna, etc... but then have to use the SAME towel after you shower. bummed about that."

"We only went for one night to visit old friends for my fiancés birthday and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location boutique experience. The staff was so friendly and professional, even went as far as to decorate the room before our arrival for the birthday celebrations. They used messaging in the Expedia app and texting to check in and remind us about check out and it made it seamless. Great experience and the rooms were beautiful! Will be coming back to stay!"

"Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. "

"Staff was amazing super kind. Door battery was low so could not get into room. Had to go back and forth throughout the day until maintenance arrived. Other than that the stay was great. Room was big and spacious couldn’t hear anything so it made sleeping great! "

"Very disappointed with our stay. Housekeeping woke us up at 8:13 2nd day. There were no USB accessible places in the room for charging. Kitchen was missing staple ingredients. Could not get connected to wifi without having to go to the front desk, whose staff was short and rude. This was our first stay at an Indigo and I will steer clear in the future"

"This property is an Awesome experience with great dining within or walking distance for any taste. Be prepared to find parking or pay $60+ per night for Valet. This was the only set back of the trip. But, if you are wanting to stay in downtown Austin by 6th street and near action this is a great option."
