"We had such a wonderful night at the Frances Modern Inn. Their room 15 is a gorgeous two story suite with a perfectly curated apartment feel, just with all of the amenities of a five star hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us with parking and even left birthday cupcakes for my husband. There is a beautiful patio and courtyard to hang out in before even arriving in the suite. "They are having “renovations” done but I kept hearing the elevator rattling or make this tapping sound which interrupted my sleep. It was so bad the first night as we were right next to the elevator and had to let front desk know. They ended up moving us a few doors down but the rattling was still there. i’m a light sleeper so this was not fun. Place was close to a lot of restaurants. I don’t think I would stay here again. Elevator was so noisy. "

"Location is great. Having the check in desk next to the very loud bar area is frustrating. Really hard to hear and have a conversation. Rooms are fine. We booked and paid extra for a city view and got a room looking straight into a bunch of other rooms and a little city on the side. "

"I stayed in the Cabins. And it was awesome! The room was sprayed with some type of cologne which was nice to smell upon entering it. It had robes and rubber sandals, but no ironing board or steamer. There was a safe though along with a Bluetooth clock stereo. The bed was more in the soft side but the pillows they had were extra fluffy. The bathrooms are in a shared space in the hallway, they’re are so clean and get cleaned regularly throughout the day. There’s garaged parking that does cost a...

"Clean and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was inconvenient. The toilet was enclosed with the shower and the only sink was more for a bar than a bathroom. No counter space. "
