"Castle rock is hands down the cleanest motel/hotel I've ever been too in my entire life. The bed and pillows were super comfy, great quality. The towels are super clean. no stains, extra plush. The ac/heater/fan works fast. You can cast to the TV, which is not common from my experience. Coffee pot in the room with folgers coffee was just like a cherry on top. I was just passing through, but this place makes me want to come back. 10/10 would recommend "

"Clean rooms and service. Just a note… when I checked in and paid the associated fees for a pet and parking, the total was more than a nights stay. What the hidden fees because they may leave a bad taste in someone’s mouth."

"This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay here whenever we come to Flagstaff. The room was nice and clean, very comfortable and the location, for us, can't be beat. It is walking distance to many of the restaurants and coffee that we like to go to, and a quick and easy drive to others. Very nice property."
