"Everything was great."

"Nice clean hotel . Had to pay for breakfast if wanted and coffee in lobby very tiny cups for free coffee only. Had trouble with TV but staff not helpful"

"They don't disclose additional charges. During check in they didn't explain if there will be extra charges. Money will be taken out of the card provided to them 2 days AFTER checkout and when you call to ask Springhill about the additional charges they simply respond that they charge everyone. But they never explained additional charges during check in. They wait until you leave 2 days later then charge you for little petty things."

Other motels are close to the train tracks and come with ear plugs, which was not a problem here at OverLand. I've extremely recommended and extended my stay."

"The sheets had yellow stains on them and the room was extremely stuffy and hard to breathe in. The breakfast was good. I inquired about cancellation a few days prior to my stay and was told they could not cancel, that I would have to cancel through the third party I booked with. I wound up deciding not to cancel, but apparently they lied about not being able to cancel because they cancelled my stay when I was asking about the cancellation policy. I was not notified of that at all until I arrived...
