"This is not a review for an overnight stay because we never actually got to stay. We arrived at 9pm to check in to our room booked through Expedia. The front desk was attended VIRTUALLY by a young man on a screen at a kiosk. He informed us that our room had been given away and had no explanation, but did use the phrase “first come, first served.” He clearly did not understand the meaning of the word “reservation.” He wanted us to drive 30 minutes in the wrong direction of our trip to go to a...

"The only problem was that people came in insuper obnoxious vehicles and walked around upstairs like a herd of elephants doing a line dance at 1 in the morning. If you stay at this nice facility, get an upstairs room."

"Property was clean staff was friendly access the property was a little iffy at at busy times of the day but it was connected to other properties near the location so it was ok. The hot tub was really like a lukewarm tub, but it was clean so acceptable, my biggest issues was there was only one ice machine for the entire building on the first floor at the complete opposite end from the lobby. "You definitely get what you pay for, it’s a cheap place to stay for sure.. There was hair in the bed sheets so I doubt the sheets were washed before we got there. Bugs in the window seal. We were charged an extra fee for our 3 year old son.. we had to share 2 pillows amongst the 3 of us.. if you’re going to charge an extra fee for toddlers at least offer an extra pillow lol. "
