She went above and beyond to help me and my mom, including making sure our rooms were beside each other, which truly meant a lot to us. "Cleanliness: 5. Very cleaned room with no foul smells Staff: 3 - no warm greeting, very automated. No smiles. Hotel room: - 2. While the room was clean, it had a few issues. This was a suite. The suites are located on the second floor right in front of the loud lobby. At all times you’re able to hear loud noises and people laughing and talking. Not an ideal location. Lights next to bed buzzed all night, very annoying. The electrical outlet in the bathroom didn’t work which was a huge inconvenience. The hotels “store” are unbelievably expensive. Disney prices, is ridiculous. "
