"We did not end up staying at this hotel. We were booked into a handicapped room, which I specifically did not select and there was nothing else available. The hotel room that we were assigned smelled like stale urine and the toilet was broken. The public restroom next to the lobby was Out Of Order. "Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me...

"Hotel was under renovation, so extremely humid in the building. I would recommend that if it is under renovation, it should be disclosed during booking. Staff was friendly, check-in was easy. Thank you."

"I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids."

While there is no staff on site, I had a question about the ice machine, so I sent a text and it was replied to very quickly. This time, our room faced the highway and was not very quiet. Steps from train tracks with trains using their required horn when passing through crossings. "The room was so disgusting I demanded to speak to the manager. After telling me there was nothing available they finally found me a room that was adequate to sleep in. Breakfast was just OK. Would not recommend."
