"Rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was ok, coffe was great! "

"Front desk for some reason was less than personable and never said a word to me as I came in after my wife. Somewhat unfriendly. Room was very clean, and had all the amenities except the one that is most important to me in the morning coffee and filters. Shower installation is very unusual with only on/off switching and on the opposite far wall of the shower head. Strange. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows for my taste! Coffee machines downstairs although grinding fresh coffee, didn’t work often, and take forever to fill. Simple dispensers would be better. Overall nice new hotel with good amenities but not really on the right track when it comes to some of the important details for a practical pleasurable experience. A few small changes would make all the difference in perception."

"Breakfast was set up nicely, I was suppose to have a kind junior suite and found out I booked wrong night… got an additional night but was stuck in the 2 full/queen room. Charged an additional fee for early access to the room and didn’t care about the mishap. Staff that morning (5am) was rude when speaking and then I kept the second night and had to request to stay in room so I didn’t have to change rooms cause they didn’t ask anything regarding that, and she messed up setting the keys so when I got back to room second night I had to go back up to get keys fixed. Wasn’t happy with the fact I didn’t get the room I paid for and then I got charged for additional fees and there wasn’t a coffee pot , (not that I use one but there was coffee no pot)"

"We had an amazing stay here. We only stayed one night for my daughter’s dance competition but it was great. The room was so clean, bed was comfy and shower was amazing."

"The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean! What was Not okay was the fact our room was underneath the dining room! Starting about 6:15 am, you could hear people scraping their chairs across the floor every few minutes. The construction designer did not think this through. The dining room should be on the bottom floor. The only other thing is the air conditioner was not cooling properly. I had to turn the setting down to 63 degrees for it to feel like 70 degrees. Otherwise it would have been a great place to stay!"
