I only had two issues: the wifi is $15 per night for a good connection, but even after I paid for the wifi you need to call IT for connecting devices and it barely worked anyways. My second issue is that (and this might just be me not paying close enough attention to the website) the only parking option is valet for $70 per night. They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...

"The carpet was wet and smelled like mildew, the trash had not been emptied in 2 of the 3 rooms that I had to change too, the pool was not available for use, the entire 3rd floor of this hotel should have been marked as non usable because it was in such bad shape."

"Hotel is under renovation. Construction they provided us a room that is old and has cracked walls and ceiling. The room was smelling mold my kids and I had asthma attack right away"
