"We had a two day stay. Checking in was pretty easy. Our room had to see better days. The mattress had stains on it, the ceiling looks like something exploded on it and walls looked like they were in the middle of taking down wall paper. The bathtube/shower had rust. The beds were somewhat comfortable."

"The staff all was real nice and friendly the pool didn’t look good so we didn’t swim the beds were hard and 1 bed didn’t even have sheets but the lady at the front desk got some right away and was as shocked as we were"

"Check-in went smoothly at first. Then we got to our room and it smelled smoky. They gave us another room but we couldn't open the door. Found out we were turning the handle the wrong direction. Opened the door and the bed wasn't made. Got a room on the third floor and it was nice. It didn't have cups for water. Breakfast was good, but there was only one 2-slice toaster. Also no cold water available."

"The staff was super friendly. The motel is close to everything yet quiet. Room was clean and looked recently updated. The only concern (not a complaint), the pool area may need some tlc to match the rest of the motel. My family and i will definitely stay again. ❤️"

"Breakfast 24/7 free bottled water and fresh cookies on arrival. Clean well maintained pool, easy to find ice machines, clean everything! Morgan, front desk man was excellent. Jewel of an employee you got there in him. All staff pleasant and cheerful! Room spacious, quiet and very clean. Wonderful over all stay. A+++"

"Pool was closed and that was not revealed until after reservation was made. When I made the reservation I was told that the breakfast buffet was included but actually it is $ 15.00 per person. There was no conditioner in our bathroom and I asked for it twice but it was never provided."

"Overall good property. It has some wear but was very clean. Had nice outdoor ammenities but was not really a focal point. Could be tidied up. Pet friendly is huge plus and those with dogs were respectful of others. Oddly, we ended up with an accessible room. The bathroom was accessible in terms of grab bars and plenty of space in the bathroom. This was not a lowered sink but could probably work for a person using wheels. The door bell, however did not work. The dining table would have to move...

"Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly...
