"Gräslig upplevelse. Det rum vi betalat för var iordningställt men andra gäster bodde där. Värdinnan ljög och hävdade att det var en vattenskada. Hon vägrade att överhuvudtaget hjälpa till under vår vistelse utan uppträdde arrogant genomgående. Vi gjorde vårt bästa för att kommunicera med henne men hon var rakt igenom otrevlig. Värdinnan talade inget annat språk än italienska så vi fick översätta allt digitalt (hon vägrade hela tiden göra motsvarande). Det rum vi fick hade avsevärda brister men...

"The room and the bathroom are very spacious and clean. There's a mini fridge, a coffee machine and a microwave so you also have the opportunity to have breakfast in the room. The owners were very kind and helpful. It's located near the train station, only 4 minutes by foot, so it's perfect for those who travel. The price is also really affordable. "The property (Campanile) is well positioned in the old city and the owner is a very nice and accomodating lady. The property was redone a while back and has AC, sound proof windows however it was a bit noisy through a bathroom vent. The bathroom has seen better days and could have used a deep cleaning. There is no kitchen so forget bringing any food to the room, there are no plates, no glasses, just some plastic cups and 2 coffee cups. The stairs to the property are very steep and there is no...
