"It is hotel for the kids due to the sports and all activities. Don’t expect great service and luxury. The included food is average and only the good food could be found at the restaurants you pay. The staff is not completely fluent in English so if you order something expect receiving the incorrect order for example ordering a drink could be challenging unless is something straight forward like a Beer. The fact that the kids enjoy it balances out a bit. In our opinion given the price it is not...

"Sono stata all’hotel Castello,struttura bella,camera un po’piccola,ma moderna
L’hotel inserito in un giardino spettacolare,si mangia bene (anche al buffet),personale molto disponibile e cortese ,spettacoli serali belli anche con cantanti famosi ,possibilità di fare sport di ogni genere (anche se non ne ho usufruito)
Insomma si sta bene al forte village ,unico neo la spiaggia !!! Difficile trovare ombrellone la settimana di ferragosto
Su questo dovete lavorarci ! Non si possono pagare tutti...

"Clean basic rooms, funky art work. Excellent breakfast and service from all the staff.
Staff really need to learn how to promote the business. We had free Spa vouchers that i forgot about and they could of offered us this and to grab a massage. With the excellent food on offer upsell the lunch or dinner...when we tried to get a table they were fully booked rather than offer when we checked in"

"Had a great time at Latana. It is a short walk into Pula, and the people in town were generally quite nice and accommodating. Nora beach and Archeological Park are both awesome. Staff was great. We had the breakfast plan and were quite satisfied with it. No complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect."

"Check in was great as done by Victoria who was only covering the desk as colleague was on lunch. She was informative, helpful and knowledgeable, sadly that's not to say for any of the 'normal' reception staff.
Room was clean and comfortable if on the small side.
