"If you have no problems with climbing stairs, this place is perfect. It's walkable to plenty of tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping. There's no reception lobby, so you will need to text or call the host ahead of time and when you get there. We stayed in the family room and it was clean, spacious, and had plenty of amenities. The twin beds in the attic-like space are probably best for kids or small adults though. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay here in Split."

"We had a lovely stay at Guesthouse Imperator! It started with a very warm welcome to Croatia by Krešimir who picked us up at Split Airport (pre-booked with Marina) and then once parked up in Spilt, lead us on foot to the guesthouse (helping us with our luggage too). We had the first floor room which had a lovely aspect with two windows either side of the room. It was very clean, very cosy and felt really secure.
