"The parking lot was full when we arrived. It was late at night, and they offered an overflow lot a couple of blocks from the hotel, which was also closed. Thankfully, it was closed, because if you have ever been to downtown Spokane at night, you would know that the streets are full of crackheads doing crackhead stuff! We parked in front of the hotel and paid for meter parking instead. The room we stayed in required us to haul our stuff up a short set of steps, even though there was an elevator...

"The Hotel itself is beautiful with lovely rooms. The cleaning staff was unacceptable.our room was not cleaned by 4pm and when we complained no one came to the room until approximately 6 pm and at that point did minimal cleaning.In follow up dirty glasses were not removed. If not for a young woman doing check out rooms only who gave us some fresh towels and coffee etc. if we did not complain I’m sure our room would not have been cleaned at all
