"The hotel was awful. I was on the 2d floor, I was there 3 days 2 nights. I didn’t sleep at all it was horrible; all I could hear is people walking all night in the wee hours of the morning and toilet flushing. If all possible I would like a refund!!! I would never stay at that hotel or refer anyone to it

"Young lady at the front desk was very patient and efficient. My room was disgusting. Dirty, gross and in dire need of a remodel. I have nothing good to say about the room other than it was top floor corner so it was quiet. Guests were down eating breakfast barefoot and dirty. So I skipped that. Room had fleas or some other tiny hopping bugs. Just a negative experience."

"Overall, this was a nice hotel in a convenient location, right next to the Rustic Moose Restaurant, which I highly recommend. I also want to recognize the shuttle driver who picked me up. He was truly wonderful, kind, and helpful, and I appreciated that he also assists with hotel processes.
However, I do want to offer feedback about an experience that could have been handled with more hospitality and care. While I was getting ready to leave for a Celebration of Life, I cut my finger deeply...
