Bed was rock hard. Chairs equally uncomfortable. Decor was strange...English police boxes?? Room was just not relaxing.No coffee pot in room.

It is an older property but has nice amenities. I like that they keep the nostalgia alive with the business.

Loved it here. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Quiet. Comfortable and clean. Excellent location. I would thoroughly recommend Reed's Lodge.

Everything was great, except for a soft mattress in room 150 in which we both rolled down to the center. We opted for separate beds hallway through the night.

This is a 75 year old motel that is being renovated. The lobby is rustic, with a wood burning fireplace. Our room is new and very bright and clean. The bed and sheets are very nice. The furnishings are new, retro design, including a dial-style phone, with buttons! My wife and I are in our 70s, so it brings back memories! We highly recommend staying here!

Great, nicely updated classic model
Stay here! We were in one of their recently updated rooms and it was really very nice. Front desk folks were kind and helpful and the continental breakfast was top notch. There are other choices in Springerville but, with the updated rooms, this is the best one by far 😀

Rooms are clean and cute. It was a nice quiet place to stay. Highly recommend if you are headed through town. Everyone I have met is super friendly.

Our room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The rooms look like they have been recently remodeled. The breakfast is coffee and cereal. Our room was in the back of the motel and there isn't enough parking there.

I enjoyed a quiet and comfortable night's sleep in a clean and well-organized, spacious room. The check-in process was smooth and the person at reception was friendly and full of helpful information about the area. I stayed in one of the rooms behind the office. I have stayed in one of the rooms in front: they have their own 1950's charm, but are a bit smaller and less well insulated. I understand that these will be renovated soon.

I was up and down all night adjusting the heat. The unit didn’t seem to work properly. The room got too hot but the unit did not shut off even on auto. Then I would run the fan to cool it off. I didn’t get much sleep. No Kleenex in the room. A couple bottles of water would have been nice. Other than that it was good.

Very homely stay. The front desk attendant was the cutest, sweetest person. She built an amazing fire in the fireplace and made the cutest presentation with the breakfast. I would recommend this local hotel to anyone.

Refurbished old lodge which was satisfactory
Refurbished old lodge with fun, funky touches. The horses at entrance, the longhorn in the lounge area. Not a great continental breakfast but coffee was ok and we managed. Staff was nice. Our room was right next to office and convenient. Only issue was it was chilly and heater was loud. Could have used extra blankets.

This place opened in 1949 and the plumbing looks original. The Days Inn in Holbrook where we stayed the night before was more generic but was 2/3 the price and had a nicer bathroom.

Always enjoy finding historic motor lodges that have been remodeled and provide modern amenities. A really cute lodge, clean rooms and wonderful staff. Will definitely stay again when traveling through.

Parking lots are in terrible shape. Not enough parking. Motel is a very old one and it shows.
