"Staff was very pleasant and welcoming upon arrival! We got a Jacuzzi room and it was nice. The room was clean, new tv, jacuzzi was clean, but the floors were bad. The carpet was extremely old and the door had a large gap at the bottom allowing light and outside air in. Only real complaint was the noise from the neighbors outside all night. Other than that a great stay!"

"This hotel is tricky. It’s more of a motel than a hotel though. There have been some recent upgrades that make it look fresh and modern in the pictures, but it doesn’t take much looking around before you notice how gross it is. First, the doors to the rooms open to the outside - so if you’re uncomfortable with this, take note of that first thing. But once inside you’ll see that new cheap flooring, bedspreads, and framed art have been installed. But the chairs are sagging and look like multiple...

"Check in took forever. There was no one at the desk and they needed to “flip rooms” which took 30 minutes. When I finally got into my room, it was dirty. The shower was visibly dirty. It still had hair in it from the previous person and the tub was black in the bottom. I was put on the 1st floor and was told that I had to go to floor 5 just for ice. The cafe downstairs was laughable as well. No one worked there, so you couldn’t order or even get a coffee in a timely manner. I will NEVER...
