"I had an excellent one-night stay at Amantra Comfort Hotel, and the great deal I received through Expedia made it even better. The warm and welcoming staff were always friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the delicious food, relaxing spa, convenient parking, and the availability of late-night dining. The hotel’s excellent location was another highlight of my stay. Everything was well managed, and the team’s genuine hospitality and attention to detail made my experience truly memorable....

"Spanking new hotel and at the risk of de-faming them (even though their intentions may be good), my pointers are below, - Veg hotel (but this is not highlighted in the description of the hotel, so NV eaters beware) - Credit Card Machine not working (was told of this at the check-in and was asked to pay cash) - They didn't have an In-room menu (I had to call for it from the restaurant and they called to ask for it back after 15 mins!). "Worst hotel in town with uneducated staff. Pathetic costumer service. Very unfriendly , zero values work ethic and unprofessional staff. Waited around 1 hr at front desk to checking. Quality of services is really poor I would not recommend anyone to go with this hotel"

"Staff is not well coperative, even restricted in using amenities of hotel "

"The stay was excellent. Food, service, ambience, cleanliness accessibility - Fantastic. I would say it is a mid range property with all the best things."

"If you like antique collections, they got some exotic items. The front office people are very nice, courteous, and very engaging. The restaurant upstairs is decent. I didn't want to step out for dinner after a hectic sightseeing day and the upstairs restaurant came to the rescue. I will say you will get more bang for the buck. "

"Run down hotel. Furniture really old in the room and bathroom fixtures really old. Somewhat clean. Otherwise adequate. Located within a fifteen minute walk from the fateh sagar lake area if you wanted to head out there for street food after a day of sight seeing. All other sights, need to take a cab or something into the old city, easy enough to do."

"First of all the approach road to Zana Lake Resort is horrible. The concept of hotel is different. There is no reception. I called from the room phone intercom to reach the person who checked us in . I tried since early morning till noon. No response. I felt its unsafe when there is no contact with anyone for any need. No mini fridge or ice. No Other activities in the resort area except swimming pool. It's built in remote village area without building infrastructure. I paid $162.21 (13380 Rs)....
