"Our room smelled like a wet dog! I loved the room and I got reservations early enough the the “price was right.” I NEEDED a hot tub after being at the state fair - only to go down and see it in total disrepair was beyond disappointing. Staff was nice, but just chilly like they were bothered…. I think the hotel had such potential- the sitting areas are nice! The breakfast CONTENT was disappointing"

"The Embassy Suites is one excellent place to stay whether you're coming in from out of town or a local just looking for a night or two away from home. Very courteous staff that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and do such a great job maintaining the property. Housekeeping did awesome getting our suite ready and giving the room a refresh for our second day. Woolley's, the restaurant on site prepared a couple excellent dishes for my wife and I! One of the juiciest and flavorful filet mignon I've had recently and my wife enjoyed the grilled salmon with wild rice pilaf. The evening reception and social hour as a wonderful perk as you are provided two complimentary drinks and light snacks (popcorn, chips and salsa, pretzels) for if you are preparing to go out after or just tying you over until dinner. There's also complimentary breakfast where you can enjoy pancakes, sausages, Yukon potatoes, fruit, omelets, yogurt, toast and more. Great way to start off your day of adventure! And the suite we were in had such an excellent view of both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul! Pretty romantic at night! And could barely hear any noise being near the interstate, light rail and airport. You have the pool and hot tub as well, which was nice and the fitness center that has a great variety of equipment. All the decor and waterfalls on the ground level helps bring serenity. You cannot go wrong with a stay at Embassy Suites near the airport!!"
