This is possibly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in - from the minute you are greeted through the door you're met with friendly and helpful staff, as well as beautiful interior design. The rooms were lovely, very clean and everything felt brand new - there was even a clothes steamer, hair dryer (with diffuser attachment for curly hair!) and a mini fridge included in the room. "Nice air conditioned rooms in a great location. They are small but that’s what you’ll get anywhere in Dublin. We had a water bottle filler right outside our room which was very nice! There’s also a car park right across the street if you’re planning on roadtripping around the country like we did, this is a great place to start. Would stay again!"

"So make sure that you get the room you selected. We did not. And it was disappointing to pay this much and not get the rooms we requested. Its central location was nice. Just disappointed in the rooms and the air kept turning off. We and our kids we placed in handicap rooms even though I requested rooms three months ago."
