Fabulous stay , will definitely be back

First morning at breakfast it was a little disappointing, we went down at 9am and the buffet was basically gone! We went down earlier the next couple of days and it was so much better. Room was perfect, and the area was great.

This is an amazing hotel. The facilities are great and the food is amazing. Best steak I have ever had. Would definitely stay here again

The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming.

Very nice comfortable hotel with really friendly helpful staff. Good food and clean facilities. Close to the really pretty Charlestown harbour and some excellent restaurants close by for a change.

Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works. Helen even asked me what milk we drink and made sure there was a pint of semi skimmed in the fridge on arrival.. Thanks Helen. The bed and the sofa were...

Really incredible stay. Great location. Apartment was well equipped

Wow! I really couldn’t recommend staying here enough! A short walk down to the harbour. Beautiful views! The place itself was stunning. So clean. The beds were super comfy and the host was so lovely. We have really had a lovely weekend. Can’t Thankyou enough!

Staff were amazing, very welcoming and helpful.Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable

Delightful accommodation, very comfy and perfect for a couple. Well sited for the SW coast path and/or the Eden Project.

We had a fantastic stay at Miners Cottage for one night while attending the Eden Sessions. It was absolutely perfect for the four of us. The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were greeted with a lovely welcome food hamper, which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here...

The cottage was beautiful and comfy. Situated in a perfect place where it’s quiet but also close enough to everything. The hosts were great and very helpful.

The property was fairly easy to find, with off-street parking. It was impeccably clean and tidy. The host (living next door) was friendly but not intrusive.

We had a wonderful time at the Bull Pen. If you’re looking for a quiet, well equipped secluded base from which to explore the nearby towns and villages, this was hard to beat. The nearest shops are a 5 minute car journey away and there are plenty of pubs in the area if you want a bite out. The hosts were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Being on a working farm, there are obviously going to be farm noises but these were not obtrusive. Quite the...
