"We stayed here for a night and while the location and check-in process were convenient, there were several areas that fell short of expectations. The room itself showed signs of wear, and the sleeper sofa mattress was visibly worn and didn’t appear clean, making it uncomfortable and not ideal for use, especially traveling with kids. Breakfast was also disappointing. The juice machine was out of order and the overall selection was very limited, which made it feel like an afterthought rather than a standard hotel offering. Additionally, some of the smaller details, like how room keys were handled, felt unorganized and not as professional as we would expect. With some attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and guest experience, this property could be much better, but in its current state it didn’t meet expectations. "

"Everything was perfect! The staff was so incredibly friendly and made coffee for us early, knowing we would be up ready for a long road trip by 5 am. Very sweet and thoughtful! 10/10 recommend! "
