We had an amazing time over Christmas at Villa Alma. Sofia was a great host and very attentive. The location is beautiful and peaceful. It's easy to get to from Salzburg and there's plenty of transport to get around nearby. There are a few good walks locally, including amazing views at the top of the Zwolferhorn. There was a good variety for breakfast, and the room was well designed and comfortable. The whole hotel was stylish and well thought through. Would definitely recommend.

Villa Alma was wonderful. Beautiful spot on the lake. Sophia was an awesome host. Hotel is beautifully decorated and the honesty bar was a great feature. Food was delicious. We would highly recommend!

Our stay at Villa Alma was remarkable. Sophia was an absolute treasure as the manager of the property. She was there for check in and a tour of the facility, and became our friend during out stay. The entire staff was amazing, helpful, courteous and kind. The food was amazing for breakfast and if we need some food at other times. The access to the lake, and all of the facilities were perfect. Best stay we could have imagined. We would come back again without question.

when we arrived, there was nobody and we couldn't find a way to get in touch with the person who could give the information about how to get in. In the first floor there was a restaurant and a phone #. We made a call to the number and no one received phone. So we left a message to the phone. Because we arrived after 7 p.m., I had to arrange another hotel to stay for that night and made a reservation for that night using hotels.com site which cost me about 200 euros. Later I've got return calls from the manager of this hotel and came to the hotel able to check in after I made a reservation at nearby hotel and I couldn't cancel because of the no cancel policy after 3:00 p.m. on the staying day and I have no way to get refund from the this hotel too. Later hotel manager told me she sent a password to get in the hotel one day before we arrived but I could not find any mail or message in the mailbox even though I searched inbox and spam mail box. This thing shouldn't happen. It was terrible experience and I still did not get any refund at all. BTW hotel was nice and clean and have a great view of St. Wolfgangsee.
