"The hotel was lovely and I was happy with my stay. I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and thought it was very well-maintained. However, I woke up covered in bed bug bites. I was very surprised as the room seemed very clean but over the course of the next couple of days 40 or so bites appeared. I reported this to the hotel and was told they would check the room and follow-up. I emailed the hotel but got no reply. I am obviously worried that I will bring this issue back home. I would...

"Me gustó la ubicación del hotel, la limpieza del lugar y el trato amable del personal. No me gustó el desayuno porque no estaba variado, no había ni queso ni jamón, ni peras, por ejemplo. El colchón ya estaba un poco incómodo de un lado parte."

"Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Fresh and warm food is always a bonus after a night out. The staff we interacted with were professional, friendly and helpful."

"Very convenient to T2 if stuck in Manchester Airport. Basic room. Smallish and very firm double bed. Had tea making facilities in room. Dispensary machine for sandwiches downstairs needs improvement as door was sticking making us all look like fools trying to operate it."

"There is absolutely NO wifi and NO cell service in these rooms. The only place we could get a singular bar was in the corner of the bathroom. This massively hurt me when checking in/getting updates about my flight. The front desk just shrugged when I told them. No help at all. The toilet seat was also broken and nearly falling right off. The only benefit was it was a good sized room. Wouldn’t stay here again, though."
