We enjoyed our stay and view of ships and boats from our balcony. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was ok, just need to be a little softer when talking to guest on the phone (only one lady...don't recall her name) but overall stay was nice.

The Westin St. Thomas Beach Resort & Spa
Our stay at the Westin was great , all of our needs were met by pretty much the restaurants and bars. It was great we could visit the sister resort with a free shuttle or short walk along the coastline. Property was beautiful!!!

This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. Air Conditioning was nice. House keeping came daily. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed.
