"This Hyatt has been my go to since my daughter committed to a nearby college. I had planned to use it during my stays when visiting, but on my most current stay, a housekeeper was going door to door at 8am knocking until doors were answered to tell us when checkout was. Both myself and the room across from me were very confused as to why this was happening. The housekeeper seemed to not care at all that she was waking people up. Disappointed as I have always loved my stay here."

"I am a non smoker but one would believe I was if you were to walk in my room. My room was reeked of weed. I endured two nights of that! When I told front desk, the guy there said he couldn't smell anything but it might be cigarettes. Either way it was most uncomfortable. Room.never got cleaned linens were never changed, and I was there for four nights!"

"The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and accommodating and I was actually surprised at the quality of breakfast! I thought it would just be a basic continental but it was buffet style options. Also, coffee and tea are available 24/7 and that was a really nice treat."

"Property needs updating. Staff was not friendly or welcoming! Room was clean but furniture was not comfortable. Worse couch for relaxing on while watching tv. Pictures do not match the condition of the property."

"The room and the property itself was good. It was clean and maintained. The only downfall or complaint was for my wife who thought that the exterior door where everybody seemed to be smoking, was covered in nicotine stains on the door handle and on the glass, she let the front desk know, and they said they would handle it. "Room was clean . Noisy due to lactation next to elevator. Someone was shouting and threatening someone else several times over 15 minute period. There was no response from the other person but it was very menacing."

"We stayed here last year when it was Southern Oaks and they had dog beds and dog bowls in some of the rooms. Now that it's Quality Inn, all of that is gone. They have a fenced dog park but the grass was so high I could hardly see my chihuahua. There was no poop bags where there was supposed to be and the garbage can at the dog park obviously hadn't been emptied in a while. We were staying for 2 nights and our room only had 2 towels.
