However our room was not the cleanest, hair in the shower, floors didn’t appear to be vacuumed, trash pieces on the floor. Overall a decent hotel but just had a not so clean room, "

"Terrible customer service. Front desk are not trained and just tell customer inaccurate information. I called to see how to cancel my reservation because of the snow storm that was coming in awhile back and the front desk woman who answered the phone told me yes I can cancel. “I asked if I would get the $149 refund “ she said yes and that she would cancel as soon as she was done help another customer. "The entire place met our needs fully. The counter staff as well as the one maintaining the rooms were cordial and friendly. One thing of concern is the condition of the ground level Exit door at the south end of the building. Even though the security lock does work, the door doesn't rest quite securely on the frame and with extra force, someone with bad intent may give himself easy access to the buidling."
