"The area is quiet near some grocery and restaurants. The room we booked are bigger than the rooms that we had been. But the thing that was disappointing was the smell of the lift and the hallways on the floor where we are. Its a non smoking area but it smells like stale and musty it was like moisture issue.

"Clean room, staff was nice. Not enough bags for garbage in the room. One if the elevators broke down and it took forever to get up to the room and everyone was packed in one space. The game room ate up most the coins and the kids couldnt play some of the games. The pool was nice and clean. Nice view of the arch from swimming area. Overall it was quiet, no problems and staff was nice. Breakfast was okay too."

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. "The room was very clean and everything in the room was updated. It is nice to see a property continually improving and they had several projects underway. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Something on property irritated my allergies and made my eyes burn every day but I am very sensitive to many indoor things so I'm not sure what set them off."

"The hotel is in great location. It’s in a historic building and the room was no frills, clean, and perfectly fine. It’s downtown so road noise from revving engines is a thing. The staff is great and friendly, and vending machine prices were super cheap.
Bed and pillows were comfy, towels and water pressure were fine. It had a big closet, which is something older hotels have. I’d definitely stay again. "

"I booked my stay a month in advance. When I arrived my room was obviously dirty. They couldn’t clean it for me nor give me another room because they were completely booked. The staff had no idea how to fix the situation. I didn’t even to get to stay there. On top of all that they double charged me. They said I was a no show on my second night even though the didn’t have a room for me? It was completely ridiculous "
