Room small but very clean. Had problems with safe & television but staff fixed Asap. Parking wasn’t great. Nothing real close plus construction going on in area.

The room and lobby were really cool! I liked the unique layout and decor. The staff were nice and helpful! The complimentary coffee was delicious and I loved the drybar bath products. The only issue was that it was a little loud. You can hear the room next to you and every step in the hallways and the floor above. When the hvac kicked on it wasnt as bad. But I could see it being a real issue for some light sleepers.

Great hotel! I stay here every chance I get. The parking garage is off-site, but I never mind the walk. They also have shuttle for those who want it. Rooms are clean. Love how modern everything is. And everyone is kind and helpful.

Overall, a nice property, stay and attentive staff with the exception of a consistently squeaky floor above us interrupting our morning sleep. Would not have expected that with a newly built hotel.

Room was spacious and well designed. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were extra friendly and helpful. They provided high level of personalized hospitality. Common areas were amazing and provided other ways to socialize and relax away from home.

Staff were very kind and welcoming. Very convenient to the train which can take you to nearly all the major attractions. Walking distance to the Basilica and good restaurants next door.

Tunisia and the whole front desk staff were amazing and super helpful! The area around the hotel was nice and as a female, I felt super safe! Our room was a bit dirty when we first checked in. There was a used Q-tip and a dried-up eye contact on the floor. There was toothpaste splatter on the wall next to the sink. The pool floor was dirty and had hairballs all over. But we loved the outdoor space off the pool!

Requested multiple times for a room cleaned. Never cleaned for the entire stay. Had to pick up fresh linen from the front desk. They did fix the drain problems. Worst Marriott property I have stayed in across the US by far!!

The hotel was fresh & modern in design, clean, easy to get to, and the staff were great! Downside: minimal metered on-street parking and off-site parking was inconvenient.

We decided to stay at the last minute on a road trip. We arrived pretty late but the Front Desk staff (Michelle & Pixie) were super friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and clean. The EV charger was also a bonus. Overall we had a fantastic experience and would stay here again.

The parking situation is not good at all particularly for a solo female traveler. The shuttle gentleman was super nice but my shower didn’t work in my hotel. I did late check in as this was just a place to sleep in the middle of a cross country drive. My criteria for this hotel was I needed a clean, safe place to sleep that allowed my yorkie to stay too, I needed convenient food, and I needed a shower. The shower in this room was broken so I had to get back on the road in the morning without getting cleaned up. I was in this hotel for less than 12 hours. I picked it because Expedia said it had on site dining. It did but it was closed when I got there. For this short duration this was a very inconvenient place to stay and the high nightly cost hits very hard when I didn’t even get a shower in the morning. I spoke with the staff about taking some cost off the room for the inconvenience but because I booked through Expedia they said I was not able to do that. I would not stay here again and after this experience am hesitant to book with Expedia for hotels as it appears the descriptions aren’t always accurate and when something goes awry apparently no adjustments can be made to your cost. Overall very frustrating. I would’ve given it one star for everything if the shuttle driver hadn’t been so kind to me.

Loved my room! Aloft is my favorite hotel brand and whenever I travel I always try to book a room with them. The staff was very helpful and nice too.

We were unsure about parking if street parking was safe or if u needed to pay the $25 for secure parking. But i worked out great with street parking. A great peaceful and restful nite.

I stayed here for 2 nights and I would definitely stay again. The hotel is loft style. Very nice! Everything was so nice and clean. The staff was super friendly, helpful & any time I needed anything they assisted me promptly. I have no complaints. The pool was heated. Very clean! Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I like this property and it was aesthetically pleasing, but the parking garage was just too far away and the shuttle wasn’t available. We had a far walk in the snow and was not able to see our vehicle. Other that that the stay was good. The bartender Q at WXYZ was awesome and really nice!

10min walking distance Off-site parking. poor plumbing issue. I have to change room 2 times. 1st room with broken faucet. 2nd room with clog shower. I was there on New Year's Eve, I heard some gunshots around 1 am. I look out the window and some kids are shooting.
