Everything was great per usual. Every time I come to St. Louis, I stay here. S/O to Debbie who had a ton of stuff going on but yet when I had to go back downstairs for the 3rd time because my key card wasn’t working, she took the time to rectify the situation and got someone up there to help me immediately. The customer service was EXCELLENT! I will be back soon!

This hotel has seen better days. You can see its former grandeur but chipped wooden furniture, dirty elevator panels/walls etc show the wear and tear. Staff is accommodating and mostly helpful. Breakfast is pretty standard fare. I didn’t want buffet but ordered eggs, bacon and toast and was clearly given box eggs from the buffet. I had to request my eggs be real and cooked to order. That seemed to be a burden. Otherwise clean and ok for a short and convenient stay.

Perfect hotel for my three day trip! Nice breakfast buffet, gym and overall ambience. Rooms could use some updating as they have not been remodeled in several years. I would definitely stay again.

Things were clean. Shuttle from airport was a bit slow due to snowstorm and bad road conditions. They only have one shuttle so if you miss it you have to wait another 30 minutes or so for it to come back around
