Room was great, nice mattress. TVs are actually 55 inches not 27 inches. Only complaint would be the hallways do have a smell, but I think they are working on it and fixing it up. Not a problem in the room. Would actually rate at 4.5

The raccoons on the parking made me feel unsafe to come and go as I planned. As I was exiting my room early morning it was man laying in the hallway in front of door when I opened it. You can really tell that ownships has changed tremendously. I didn't feel comfortable nor safe! Ive stayed here a few times and this time was absolutely terrifying and unsafe.

Front desk staff was not very friendly. They were put off they had to check us in. The heater in the bedroom kept turning on and off all night long even though it was turned off. Kleenex box was empty in bathroom. When I asked someone at the front for another box they told me they were waiting for someone to get one for me. Later in the day I went to check with the front desk about the kleenex box. They told me they were completely out of stock of kleenex. I found and caught a roach in the kitchen. The next day I found and caught a flea. The person I was traveling with ended up getting bit all over her body. On Saturday the fire alarm when off 4 times. After all the alarms the elevator was not reset so the elevator beeped all night and was out if order the next day. Later finding the flea and being bit we had to check out of the hotel and find another last minute. I was told by the hotel front staff to call Expedia to get a refund. When I called Expedia no one at the hotel answered the phone. I still haven't received word that Expedia was able to confirm with the hotel staff. There is still a $493.64 charge on the credit card used for the room.

Pros. Huge room, hotel relatively clean, and good deal on price. Cons. Hotel staff was terrible, unfriendly and unhelpful. Given very few towels. Breakfast basically glorified continental. Exterior locks were horrible. Could hardly get into the hotel and it was bitter cold. Interior locks also terrible. Got new keys twice so we could get in our room. Took multiple swipes to get the locks to work. Needed to talk to maintenance about an issue in our room. Front desk had no idea how to help us or how to contact them or the manager. Classic north county customer service.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in years! I’d love to know which brand and model name! The room-dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. I figured that out when I went to get a fork and the only utensil was a spoon. The tables were sticky as well as a few of the lights. Headboard hadn’t been dusted and a previous guest stuck clear packing tape on the headboard, desk table and lamp, kitchen table, tv table/dresser. A piece was still sticking out from the lamp, the rest left remnants of the tape and sticky residue. No washcloths and when I asked for them the next day, I still didn’t get any until day 4. No dishcloths or dish towels or paper towels. Had to use towels from the bathroom. I don’t know if those are supplied in the first place. Breakfast was simple but good. The one lady I saw most often during breakfast was really nice. Too bad you can’t clone her. There was a disturbance next door and when I went to the phone to alert the front desk, the front desk and housekeeping buttons just gave a constant busy signal. I dialed 0 as noted on the sign by the elevator but it then asked for an access code. By this time, someone said, “So, you’re going to pull a gun on me, are you? That’s how it is?!? I absolutely didn’t feel safe then and was going to just call 911, but I heard someone in the hallway speaking with police. The girls next door were arrested and each handcuffed sitting on either side of my door. At least management kicked them out.

The people who work here are very helpful, but the facility isn’t being maintained and there aren’t enough staff. After checking in and finding the outside door I was told to enter through, I was unable to get in as the key cards I had just been given wouldn’t work. So another guest tried to let me in and his wouldn’t work either so he walked back around to the front to let me in. Then I couldn’t get into my room with the key cards so I called the front desk from the hallway and she had me come back to the lobby and rekeyed my cards. They still didn’t work. She offered me a different room and had me come to the lobby to get those as she was the only person working at 6pm. I entered that room and it had not been cleaned - the bed had been slept in, there were dirty dishes on the counter, etc. So then I was given another room in the way back part of the hotel and it worked. But walking through the hallway, I could see that the walls are scratched up, there were bags of trash and piles of linens left sitting in the hallway, and smell weed coming from non-smoking rooms. Inside the room, everything was comfortable and quiet, however, there was only one towel set, and one of the phones was not working. The body wash was completely out and other amenities like facial tissue were also missing. The next day I requested additional towels, which I got and body wash, which I did not get. For breakfast - there were limited protein options and my key card wouldn’t work again.

There was a deposit to put down that we were not told about until we get there which was fine but to be told it was take 50 days to return is crazy, got checked in the room and the shower didn't work they put me in another room to accommodate the shower not working only to have 7 kids knocking on doors and running off which was a all night thing check out was at 11am me and my wife checked out at 5am and drove home drunk and as we checked out we were informed that the lady that switched my room never updated it in the system so someone else could've came in got that room got the key and walked in on me and my wife an last people lives there permanently it doesn't feel welcoming to people stopping through

My stay was really excellent. Place was clean I really like the most is that the room have a kitchen in it that was a A+ my next and from now on will be my place to go. Staff is really friendly and nice.

The first room I was assigned was not cleaned. Bed, bathroom, etc was all the old used bedding/linens. Was given a second room and it was in the exact same condition. THis time I called down and told the desk gal she needed to bring the key to me. I had already trekked through the hotel plenty of times and I have a hip issue that makes it painful to walk a long distance, which the hotel has long hallways. Third room was clean. The front desk gal was unprofessional and I even questioned if she was under the influence.
