The hotel is quiet and elegant, staff are polite and helpful, the hotel rooms are well maintained and staff are willing to provide a great service to meet all your needs. The quality of breakfast is superb! A big thank you to Abdul Rehman for all his efforts during breakfast every morning. We had a great stay at the Ajwa hotel, my only criticism is that I felt that the air conditioning in our room (207) wasn’t a five star hotel standard! When returning to our room after a day out in the scorching 36 degrees the AC was not sufficient to cool you down quickly. Also, if you have mobility issues then the location might not be for you but the rest is absolutely 5 stars. "
